This is the adorable moment Princess Charlotte briefly laughs after dotingly looking at her younger brother Prince Louis as they headed to church with their parents on Easter morning.

The second child of the Prince and Princess of Wales was holding her father’s hand while her brother Prince George walked in front of them and Louis held their mother’s hand.

Charlotte, who is celebrating her seventh birthday next month, briefly looked at her brother Louis and smiled after seeing his adorable facial expression.

The siblings and their parents attended the Easter Sunday service at St George’s Chapel in Windsor this morning.

Royal fans pointed out that Prince Louis is “growing up fast” and is likely to become tall as an adult.

The boy, who is turning five on April 23, donned blue shorts, a shirt with a tie and an elegant jacket this morning.

On social media, many fans described Prince Louis, Princess Charlotte and Prince George as “beautiful”.

Louis is known for his cheeky behaviour, for example during the Sunday pageant organised during the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee last year, he was seen trying to cover his mum’s mouth and blowing raspberries.

He was also spotted pointing at Kate making her laugh, wriggling around in his seat, pointing out the things he had spotted in the parade and putting his hands over his eyes.

The King, Queen Consort and other senior royals attended St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle for the first Easter Sunday service of Charles’s reign today.

Charles and Camilla arrived wearing matching royal blue outfits, with the King in a suit and the Queen Consort wearing a coat dress by Anna Valentine with a Philip Treacy hat.

They were followed by the Duke of York and Princess Royal. The Prince and Princess of Wales were joined by their three children. Kate wore a marine blue Catherine Walker coat and matching pill-box hat by Lock & Co.

The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh arrived with their son James, the Earl of Wessex.

Princess Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, also attended the service, a staple in the royal calendar, as did her sister Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, and Zara and Mike Tindall and their two daughters, Mia and Lena.

It was likely to have been a moving moment for the royal family, with the 15th-century chapel being the late Queen’s final resting place and the Easter Sunday service the first to take place since her death.

Elizabeth II is buried in the church’s tiny King George VI Memorial Chapel, alongside Prince Philip, the late Duke of Edinburgh, and her parents, George VI and the Queen Mother, with their four names inscribed on a new black stone slab set in the floor.

Charles, as monarch, has succeeded his mother to become the Supreme Governor of the Church of England.

In less than a month’s time, he will be crowned alongside Camilla in a religious service in Westminster Abbey.
